ステートメント

 

氷という不確かな輪郭を持つモチーフを通じて、受け手の内側に潜む被害意識や自己保身といったバイアスが事象の像を歪める構造を可視化している。光や温度などの外的要因によって氷が変容する特性は、同じ事象でも受け手によって異なる像として立ち上がる認知の偏差と重なり、その示唆性を制作の核としている。 この変容の領域を提示することで、認知が感情に侵食されるプロセスの危うさと、人間の知覚が本質的に抱える偏差を問い直すことを目指している。

 

 

Statement

 

Through the motif of ice—an entity with inherently unstable contours—the work visualizes how internal biases such as victimhood and self‑preservation distort the image of events. The way ice transforms under external factors like light and temperature parallels the cognitive deviation in which the same event emerges differently depending on the viewer, forming the conceptual core of the practice. By presenting this zone of transformation, the work seeks to question the precarious process in which cognition is eroded by emotion, and to reexamine the fundamental distortions inherent in human perception.
